🎯 HOW I HELPED

• Created more than 150 online help topics, 250 tooltips (see examples below), one tutorial, three Quick Start videos, a glossary of terms, as well as installation and administration guides.
• Collaborated with the UX team to create UI elements, provided textual information for dialogs, and adjusted error messages.
